How It Works: 

​

1. Choose Your Box: 

  • Please select from our USDA Prime & Choice grade steak collections, burgers, chops, and salmon.

 

2. When We Deliver:

  • We deliver ONCE per MONTH on a Thursday.  Scheduled for 8/22/2024.

  • Place your order by NOON on the Tuesday before the scheduled Thursday delivery 

  • We'll notify you by early Wednesday of the designated 2-hour window that your box(es) will be delivered to your door

  • You can pre-order for any Thursday - note as such in the Notes section when placing your order.

3. Delivery Details:

  • Delivery charges: $20 for local orders under $60; over $59 are free

  • Our current delivery zone is South San Francisco to San Jose, including the coast and the East Bay.

  • UPS Delivery to Lafayette, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Concord, and Livermore available for Friday deliveries

4. How to Store Your Meat: 

  • Immediately store your delivered items in your refrigerator (set between 33F and 40F)

  • Each steak/chop is individually vacuum packed, making it easy to freeze what you don't cook.

  • Freeze steaks if not used within 10 days. When ready to use from the freezer, place in the refrigerator until thawed. Steaks up to 2" thick will take up to 24 hours; steaks greater than 2" thick could take up to 48 hours

 

5. Special Requests: 

  • Looking for an exceptional cut not listed? Just ask!

  • We’ll do our best to meet your needs. A large order? Be sure to contact us about our special volume discounts of over $750.00.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

  • Please contact us by 10 am on the Wednesday before your scheduled delivery for a full refund, which will be processed within three business days.

7. Return Policy: 

  • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your steaks or chops, please let us know within one week of delivery, please contact us with a description of the issue and a refund will be generated within three business days.
