We use only American lamb for our chops. American lamb has superior tenderness and flavors not found in Australian or New Zealand lamb.  The size is also bigger for a better dining experience.

Our double cut pork chop is of the finest quality pork found in top steakhouses around the country. It is full of juicy flavors and is very tender.

Our all natural, hormone free chicken breasts are uniform in size and shape at 8 oz. They are juicy, tender and don’t plump up.  You won’t find the woody, mixed-size chicken breasts in our product that you find in supermarkets’ offerings.
